Sara & Tyler’s Cross Creek Ranch Wedding
Sara and Tyler’s spring wedding at Cross Creek Ranch was colorful, joyful, and full of energy from start to finish. From the moment we met them, they felt like instant friends — easygoing, fun, and completely present on their wedding day.
They met years ago while working at the YMCA, spending four to five years as friends before falling in love. Tyler later proposed during a picnic in Dunedin, setting the tone for a wedding day rooted in connection and intention.
Instead of a traditional first look or first touch, Sara and Tyler shared a “first shot” — tucked just around the corner, not seeing each other, taking a shot together and reading private vows. It was intimate, emotional, and perfectly them.
Their ceremony took place in the Enchanted Forest, surrounded by bright spring florals and modern details — including black bridesmaid dresses that grounded the color palette beautifully. They chose to spend most of their cocktail hour on portraits, slowing the day down and soaking it all in together.
And just when you thought the energy couldn’t go higher — they made their reception entrance screaming “The Downfall of Us All” by A Day to Remember, instantly turning the Carriage House into a full-on party.
From quiet vows to an epic entrance and a private last dance, Sara and Tyler’s wedding was vibrant, personal, and a perfect example of how natural, documentary-style wedding photography and video captures the real story as it unfolds.
