Q: How many photos should we expect?
A: On average, 75–100 edited images per hour of coverage—aka plenty of memories, dance moves, and unexpected happy tears. We don’t withhold the good stuff. If it’s magical, you’re getting it.
Q: What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
A: We’ll dance in it. With umbrellas. And backup plans. We’ve shot in every condition—sunshine, downpours, wind tunnels—you name it. Your photos will still be magical. Promise.
Q: How do we know how many hours of coverage we need?
A: Don’t stress—we’ll talk it out on a quick call. We’ll help build a custom timeline so you get the perfect amount of coverage for everything that matters most (no wasted hours, no FOMO).
Q: Do you travel?
A: Heck yes. We’ll happily pack our gear and snacks for a road trip or flight. Travel fees vary based on location, but we’re always down for a destination adventure.
Q: How far in advance should we book you?
A: As soon as you’ve got a date and a venue—reach out! We typically book 9–14 months in advance. Basically, the sooner, the better. Don’t wait ‘til your mom says “Wait… you haven’t booked your photographer yet?!”
Q: What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?
A: Same. Kidding (kind of). But seriously—everyone says this, and then ends up having a blast. Our job is to make you feel comfortable, not like you’re on an episode of America’s Next Top Model.
Q: Can you Photoshop [insert insecurity here]?
A: We do light retouching—like blemishes or random distractions—but we’re big believers in keeping it real. You’re beautiful as you are, and your photos should reflect that.
Q: How do we book you?!
A: Easy peasy. On the next page set up a quick call to make sure we’re a perfect fit, and then we send over a contract + retainer to lock it in. Boom. You're officially part of the Rad Red fam.
